Password Reset/Recovery not working since vb update
 

I just updated my VB to 3.8.6 Patch Level 1 and ever since the update my forums PASSWORD RESET/RECOVERY is not working - my users get the email with new password but the new pass does not work, nor does the old one anymore.

What is wrong/fix? (was i supposed to run a script or anything after I copied all my files over?)
