vb 3.8.4 member.php page not showing stat/about me/friends tab to registered users
 

This is driving me pretty crazy I've reverted all my templates and I've been through the user controls about a dozen times now.

As the administrator I can see the tabs properly on the member.php page they go in order of

visitor message/ about me/ statistics/ friends >


as a regular user, these tabs disappear and there is only the visitor message box. I want regular users to be able see the tabs and view the respective information. I've been through the access controls a bunch of times but can't figure out what this is listed under.
