Forum Any way to get a list of members who don't have an avatar?
 

We've got quite a few members who don't currently have avatars (we use a default newbie avatar, so really, people who haven't changed it)... and I suspect this is mainly because they don't know they can / don't know how, rather than not wanting one.

Basically, I want to send out a mass PM to members who don't have avatars, explaining what they are and how to upload one. So, is there a way to automatically gather a list of people who aren't currently using an avatar?

My backup plan is to just send out a message to everyone every few weeks or so with various "forum tips" about functions that people might not know about... but ideally, I'd rather tailor the messages to those that they'll be useful to.
