Forums Hard Delete

I would like to make a suggestion.

I would like to have global hard delete for the forum. The soft delete really causes me a lot of headache, a lot of time search can not find it!!!

If users want to hard delete their own posts, go ahead, I dont care. However, I dont want to clean up after them!
