Forum Secondary usergroup no longer overriding main group
 

We used to always use secondary groups for subscriptions. If a user signed up for something, they got assigned to a secondary group. In that secondary group we would allow things like signatures, avatars, etc where we didn't in the main group.

However, this no longer works since upgrading to 4.0.5. Now, users have lost signatures and such, even if they belong to a secondary group that allows signatures.

More specifically, we dont allow avatars or signatures in the main usergroup, but in the secondary we do. People have no issues with avatars, but they cannot add a signature, and the signatures stored in their profiles that I can view from admin do not show on their posts.

Any idea what happened?
