How to add Logo Banner after Thread description
 

I'm having problems finding where/how to edit the banner logo used after each Thread description.
See attached photo for illustration of images I am talking about.
I've looked in Styles Manager, forumhome_forumbit_level2_post, but just cannot see where to make images.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
