CMS Can't configure widgets
 

I have serached the forum for solution, but neither of the solutions worked for me. When I click configure, the pop-up windows blanks and nothing else happens. This is issue with all widgets.

I'm using vb 4.0.5.

The contents of the htaccess is:

RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^$ http://www.zazdravje.com.mk/upload/content.php [L,R=301]

I'm using basic friendly url's.
