CMS Image does not resize
 

Hi guys i cannot seem to find a way to resize the images after uploading them. The CMS just uploades the images as they are without cropping them to a percentage for the article.

I am manually having to crop images before uploading them so it dosent take over the entire cms.

Can somebody please advise on how to get this sorted?
