Rankings icons not showing for all within a group
 

I created a ranking system for all our contest ribbons. Its been working so far every week when I need to tag a new member who won.

I also just created a group that includes just those members who participate in the contest and I gave it s little blue ribbon so I know when viewing forums, who I tagged and who I forgot to tag.

Notice the forum post below, all members who made a comment in that post have all been tagged, yet there are still some that the little blue ribbon did not show.
Any ideas as to why this is happening?
