Hi I'm new to this..
Just wanna know few things about designing a web using vbulltin

Can I create a custom design for my web site when i use vbulletin?

Can I have links all over the web site..
eg: one in top left corner other one in top right corner and another one in center of the design?

Just wanna know because I'm new to this
