CMS Strange unfunctional buttons on CMS home
 

After upgrading from 4.0.3 to 4.0.5 i found these strange buttons on the top right side of my CMS home.

The default style instead has a working drop down menu:

Which template do I have to revert back to its original content to get the working drop down menu instead of the unfunctional buttons.
