Forum logging in problems, 15 min wait on passwords even though they are correct
 

Here's the problem... a user logins in... and exits without logging out... then tries to login again... and says you have tried five times and gives a 15 min wait time before you can try to login again... even though we are using the correct login and passwords... in a class of 30 people and the whole friggin class is locked out of the forum... ver 4.04
