How can I create a sitemap for articles in content.php (CMS) only?

Basically I want this sitemap to list all the articles and not the forum threads.

It seems the Sitemap Generator only does forum threads, including the vBCms Comments sub-forum where the articles get linked to, but not the actual content.php pages. Or am I wrong?

I need a sitemap to submit to Google News and they need it to be an article specific sitemap and I don't know how to do that.

Any help please?
