Forum After upgrade test site has no style and won't allow log in
 

So I was preparing to upgrade from vb3.8.4 to vb4.0.4 and used my test site to do so. i used the most recent backup of my live database to put the info in the test site database. i then did the upgrade on the test site. after it did all that i got this set of errors

i disabled the plugins as that seems to deal with vboptimize. it then allows me to the site but the site has no styling whatsoever. Also it seems that all the links to the subforums and such try to take me to my real site. if i try to log in it sends me to my live site. if i try to log in through the admin panel it just infinitely loops at the log in screen.
