Forum Nav Bar/Tab Bar Mismatch
 

As you can see from the attached screen shots, the tab bar is running short of the nav bar on the left.

Can someone tell me what I should be changing/fixing to adjust this?

I'm not a PHP programming, so basic step by steps are helpful.
