Forum Track search queries? Is there a way to track what people search for on a site? I am trying to build up my content on the CMS side of things, but not sure the best place to start. After discussing this with a member, we basically came to the conclusion that people probably search the forums for common things. I know we have a ton of content in the forums, but I'd like to pull it out and organize it into an article. If there was a way to track the most commonly searched items, it would give a roadmap for us on which topics we need to concentrate on when creating new articles. If we have 100+ searches a day on a particular topic, that obviously needs to take priority over something that only gets searched for 2-3 times a week. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas? Is this already available, and I'm just clueless about it? Thanks! |
