3.8.6 pl 1 upgrade problem
 

I'm upgrading from 3.8.5 to 3.8.6 pl1 and have run into a problem.

I've modified the config file, uploaded all files, and went through the upgrade.php instructions, but when completing step two:
Step 2) Upgrade to vBulletin 3.8.6 Complete!

I get the error message:
Your vBulletin version does not appear to match with the version for which this script was created (version 3.8.5).

Please ensure that you are attempting to run the correct script.

Well, yeah - I've just upgraded to 3.8.6

I go to the main forum page and am greeted with this:

Configuration: includes/config.php does not exist. Please fill out the data in config.php.new and rename it to config.php

My config file is definitely there. Any ideas what's happening, and any way I can do a quick fix??
