Suite New Install of 4.0: ""Installer not compatible with PHP 4"
 

I just uploaded my files for v4.0 on to the server and tried to run the install script.

Immediately got back an error:

"Installer not compatible with PHP 4"

Is this an error on my end with a config file, or an error from the server? Where should I start.
