Forum Incorrect Time At Bottom Of Forum
 

As title says...

On my forum the time at the bottom of the forum is incorrect. For example, All times are GMT -6. The time now is 05:16 PM.

It should be GMT -7 and the time is actually 6:34 PM.

I noticed this after I upgraded from 4.0.5 -- why is this time so off?
