Forum Very Odd Issue with Upgrade from 3.6 to 4.0
 

I created a copy of the 3.6 database. Made a new folder on the server /vb4. Uploaded all of the new files there.

Pointed the new files to look at the copy of the db I made, everything went smoothly with walking through the steps.

I load the new testing url and it is not picking up any styles. None of the paths are pointing to the /vb4, instead they have the old /forums path. I can't even login to the admincp due to this issue.

Any pointers?
