Upgrading vBulletin 3.8.5 to vBulletin 3.8.6 bypassing install.php script
 

Hi guys,

Would it be safe to bypass the installation script to upgrade forums running 3.8.5 and bring them up to 3.8.6?

I believe there is one MySQL query that needs to be executed on the database on usergroups table?

I believe if we execute the SQL query on the database, and transfer the new files, the upgrade should run fine. Can anyone confirm that is accurate?
