Forum Upgrade to 4.0.5 then a Fatal Error...
 

I just upgraded to 4.0.5. Went through the /install/upgrade.php and everything went fine. But I navigate to the site and get the following errors...

Warning: require_once(/usr/local/apache/sites/****/SITENAME.com/htdocs/includes/init.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/apache/sites/****/SITENAME.com/htdocs/main/global.php on line 39

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/usr/local/apache/sites/****/SITENAME.com/htdocs/includes/init.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /usr/local/apache/sites/****/SITENAME.com/htdocs/main/global.php on line 39

Funny thing is the upgrade worked perfectly on my test site...

What did I miss???
