Problem with umlauts after moving from 3.8.4 pl2 to 3.8.6
 

Hi, after upgrading my forum from 3.8.4 pl2 to 3.8.6 umlauts started to apper not properly. And instead of ü, ô, è and other symbols i'm having their codes & #237; & #252; etc.

My forum is in cp-1251.

I want to add that in thread titles everything is showing okay, the problem is in posts. I checked my database and in thread titles and post umlauts are written the samem so i assume this as some kind of bug.

Please help me, coz it is very awful trouble to my board.
