Forum Graphics, imaging and formatting not showing up after and upgrade to 4.0.5
 

I ugraded from 3.8.6 to 4.0.5, and among other problems (Such as CMS or BLOGS not installing - deal with that later) No graphics or formatting is showing up. Everything seems to work, but it looks pretty bad.

VB is installed in the root of my web server and my forum path is set to http://usjeeps.com

When I look at a graphic's properties, it shows it as http://usjeeps.com/facebook_login.gif as an example.

I am not sure where those images are actually stored, but I know they are not in the root.
