Forum Modsec2 blocking Vbulletin suite
 

Hi,

I just became aware that vbulletin 4 suite is blocking users with no specific habit. Some users may get blocked and some don't. I also just found out google crawler was blocked with the following code:

Access denied with code 500 (phase 2). Pattern match "\.\.\./" at REQUEST_URI. [file "/usr/local/apache/conf/modsec2.user.conf"] [line "316"] [id "300006"] [rev "1"] [msg "Bogus Path denied"] [severity "CRITICAL"]

I had the id whitelisted by my host.

My question is what else should be whitelisted and where?
