Suite Upgrading from 4.0.3 - 4.0.5 Fatal Error Step 7

I am getting this error when upgrading from 4.0.3 to 4.0.5 on step 7 of the 4.0.5 install process. Any help on this or a solution? I searched for "Fatal error: Maximum execution time" in the forums but did not return any results. :confused:
