Moderating posts by newly registered users.
 

I am brand new to VBulletin.

My site is less than a month old and we're already having spamming issues. I am trying to set up a method by which registered users who have less than 25 posts will all be moderated. I'm assuming that 25 posts should be more than enough to tell me whether someone is genuine or is a spammer or not.

Problem is, VBulletin does not seem to have a 'cut-and-dried' method of doing it. So, can anyone please help me figure out how to do this?
