Forum my site doesn't refresh as nice as vbulletin.com
 

Take a look at my site: www.dzwiek.org
When you navigate through the top menu the whole website is being reloaded, including the header and navbar. Here on vbulletin.com the header section doesn't reload every time I navigate through the site. Is there anything I can do to improve that on my site?
