Forum Forum automatically uses default style instead of custom style
 

This seems like a simple problem but I can't figure it out.

I have one custom style uploaded to my forum but the forum automatically uses the default style. It does not matter if I am logged in or not. The only way to change it is by using the "quick style changer".

How do I make it so the style I uploaded is viewed by anyone that comes to my forum? I thought this could be change through the style manager but nothing I found works.
