CMS Troubles to open Forum with CMS's comments
 

Hi all!
I've 2 website with vBulletin 4 Suite, the first one with vBulletin 4.0.3 Suite and the second one was just installed with 4.0.4 (a fresh update from 3.8.3)...

Both website have similar configurations and both have CMS's commets in a public forum, so users can comment and follow reviews by the forum.

Now, on vBulletin 4.0.3PL1 it goes, my user can go in the cms's comments forum and read/reply, in the vBulletin 4.0.4PL1 it doen't goes... When I chose the cms's forum, users haven't auth to open/read it (just only see it in the forums list), they can repy to the review by the CMS but they CAN'T by the forum...
I checked forum's permissions, and users have all auths, then I tried to change CMS's forum, when I do it the old one become able to be opened and readed by users and the new one become locked to all...

There is a way to open it or is it a bug?
