If I'll buy the VB system Version 4.X.X, can I change it to 3.8.X?

I am very intersting in the VB system. I want to open a forum with this system but I want 3.8.X version.
I want to buy it, but in the "Purchase page" there are only VB 4.X.X.

My question is: How can i buy VB in version 3.8.X?

Oh, and if I fail in the forum, please move it.
