Confused about updating after purchasing vB
 

I'm considering purchasing vBulletin 4.0 Forum License ($195) but I'm really confused what's after that.

Will I be able to download future 4.0.x releases (up until vB5) for free or not?

In the FAQ it says there's an annual license update fee. Does it mean I will have to pay each year to update my board to newer 4.0.x releases? If so how much exactly is this yearly fee (I never had any prior license etc. vB Forum License will be my first)?

Sorry if the question's dumb but I tried to find how much exactly is this "yearly update fee" and couldn't find it anywhere + it's not clear when people say you get updates "lifetime", hence my confusion.
