Forum 4.0.4 threads style bug
 

In VB 4.0.4 if you disable "Use quick navigation menu" in admin > options > general settings, it breaks the forum display when viewing threads. The lower "Post new thread" button gets hidden behind the "Thread display options" header.

Anyone else confirm this or have I screwed my style up some where? I'm getting on all styles I have created based on the default style.
