CMS WYSIWYG not fully working? Can find the pencil icon for advanced image stuff
 

Hi folks, I'm setting up vb4 and I'm trying to work out how the CMS works, the WYSIWYG editor I've read can allow for images to be changed, when you put mouse on image a little pencil appears in the top left of the image and it can be aligned etc. But I don't see this.

I've tried in Firefox (3.6 and 4 beta) IE, Chrome and even Safari (that didn't go well!) and it just doesn't appear.

Have I missed a setting in the backend?
