Forum Japanese input help
 

Hello,

When I type in Japanese on my forum, most of the characters appear fine, but a few show up as squares with question marks in them.

I have the language setting set to UTF-8 and I have emptied the blank character stripper setting, but the characters are still not appearing properly (even when making new post).

I tried making a post on this forum in the test section and everything seems fine.

Any ideas on how to adjust the settings to fix my problem?
