Blog Disable User Blog
 

We're developing a new Forum/CMS/Blog using vBulletin 4.0.

For the initial deployment, we would like to have admin's and moderators to have blogs, but not other users.

Relatively new to vBulletin, we're still finding our way around.

A quick pointer on how to turn off user blogs - posting (the + Create New Post button) and Blog under settings would be most appreciated.
