Forum Upgrade from vb **3.7.2 Patch Level 2** to **4.0.4 Patch Level 1** Failed Hi there, I was upgrading vb from 3.7.2 Patch Level 2 to 4.0.4 Patch Level 1 and see (attached screenshot) Attachment 46385 failed at final upgrade step 6 (/forum/install/finalupgrade.php?step=6).
