Forum users posts go modereration but should not
 

Users who are free to post without moderation will experience posts going into moderation, sometimes.

Some users who are promoted to usergroups where they should not go to moderation do. They are promoted, but the the settings don't seem to take effect although settings are correct.

Any thoughts to why I have in consistent moderation issues? Thanks!
