"dynamic" max. Ratevalue
 

It would be great, if the max. Ratevalues in forum and cms wouldn't be hardcoded and if we could set them in the settings.

The best way to implement it would IMO be:

1. global cms
2. global forum
3. per forum setting (for example: forumid 5 => max value = 10, then we could have 5 in the whole forum and in special forums 1,10 whatever..)
