Multiple issues during site migration
 

Hello,

The migration process has been a bit more problematic then initially anticipated. I've encountered the following issues thus far, while trying to practice the migration in a test environment:
1) Apache displaying directory contents of http://url.com/vbulletin, rather than http://url.com/vbulletin/index.php
2) When entering http://url.com/vbulletin/index.php, it'd display a blank page, and the associated Apache's error_log would log the following:

I then went ahead to do the following:
1) cd
2) cp global.php ../

Then I tried to view http://url.com/vbulletin/index.php again and it now gives the following:

What I've done was I uploaded a newer vBulletin 3.8 and went through the install.php, and there were certain files stored within the dB still expecting some files from the existing site.
