Forum Browser inconsistancies
 

The issue is IE and how the views differ on new post. On some machines it looks like this

What could be causing this? I also noted that a postbit image setting causes all the images to be tiny too. But only on machines that see the light grey highlight look on the new post. So it tells me it is the way that the .CSS file is handling things between different machines. I checked the settings both machines and they are all the same.
