Forum Caching Problem?
 

I'm at a loss for this one.

If I make a change to my site, it takes 24 hours to show up. Around 7pm (uk) the change shows.

Example, last night I enabled my sidebar. It didn't show.

I was browsing my site tonight, all of a sudden, it showed up. This isn't the first time it has happen either. I've tried running some scheduled tasks (default ones) but it doesn't work.

I went in and changed some code on a block on the sidebar tonight, because of an error last night. Now the error won't go away, presumably until tomorrow night at around 7pm.

Its not browsers, I've been on 3 different machine in 3 different places since yesterday and the sidebar didn't show on any of them.

Something I'm missing here? I could do with a temp fix for the time being
