Forum video tag not working.
 

It appears i have broken the video tag :) The one thats built into the forum software.
I have been mucking around with many different players etc and custom bbcode.
At one point i know i even made a new tag with called video!! Yep i know what an idiot.
Anyway is there any easy way to fix this?
