Forum Email Manager failure V4.0.4
 

After filling out all fields at the top half of email manager, I put my own account name in the
user name box and check all usergroups and click either exact match or any submit button on the page I get the following error:

Please Complete All Required Fields

I don't believe any other fields are required are they?

If I leave the username blank and check all usergroups, I still get the same error.
