Web Developement
 

I am looking to start a forum and I am in the researching stages and trying to set up my financial budget. I have a very good idea for a forum and even have potential sponsors interested.

My problem: I know ZERO regarding web hosting/web developement or building a website.

Does anyone have any suggestions when it comes to the following:

• Leasing a server/hosting service
• Website Developement

When it comes to developement, I know of forums (different niche) that I like the way they look and function, and would like to be able to tell someone to mirror that type of functionality and design. I would obviously prefer a web developement team that has designed forums before so there isnt as large of a learning curve.

Suggestions?
