CMS How to ban certain user names temporarily?
 

I would like to reserve certain user names on my forum so that they can not be registered until I lift the block allowing the real people with that proper name to use them. For example If you were starting a John Smith fan forum you wouldnt want the first fan finding your page to take the name John Smith. You might want to block its use so nobody can have it unless the real John Smith joins and you would unblock it for him to use.

Also I am trying to find information on how to make my own T.O.S be agreed to before membership is approved. Any help is appreciated as always guys. thanks
