CMS Takes 15 secs for CMS to load and 12 secs for forum page to load
 

But any other page loads pretty quick? I even removed all the mods off the forum page to see if it would load quicker. That didn't change a thing. Does anyone have any idea why these pages are taking so long to load. Even when the server resource is really low it takes this long.

Take a look, any help would be appreciated.
