Forum Upgraded to 4.04 pl1 and now all post titles have the word Default?
 

I just upgraded the live site last night to 4.04 pl1 and everything seemed to go fairly well. I do have one problem that I can't figure out. All threads and posts on the forum now have the word default in the post title?

I updated most of the counters that I thought could fix it and still no go.
