Import Style XML File

I picked the vbulletin-style.xml file from my computer to be uploaded and for Merge Into Style - I set this to (create new style). filled out the name, etc, and hit uploaded.

instead of creating a new style, it merged it into the existing styles. That doesn't seem right to me.
