Users getting "phantom" notifications. Says they have new PMs/VMs when they do not.
 

Howdy,

A few of my users are saying that they have PM/VM notifications that won't disappear even though UserCP and their inbox reports no new PMs/VMs. Seems like it's a gradual problem that affects users at random. Perhaps this mismatch is aggravated by user activity while the server/database are loaded?

Questions:

1. Is there any known cause of this?
2. Can I refresh or rebuild the notification counter somehow? Couldn't find anything relevant in AdminCP's Maintenance->Update Counters section
